The warmer days are here and its time to lighten things up! At this time of year, I begin to crave lots of fresh foods with an emphasis on clean, lean and green ingredients.

I designed this 10 day Spring meal plan to help you push the reset button on your health and vitality. By limiting dairy, refined sugars/carbohydrates, processed foods, and reducing red meat you will be giving your body a break from foods that tend to promote inflammation. The meals in this plan are nutrient dense and will have you feeling lighter and more energetic in no time.

This plan includes:

  • A handy weekly grocery list for meal prepping
